Fonts For Text Display
The graphic procedures for text display use different fonts, specified by an integer as parameter.

The "small" font 4 is compatible with the builtin pv-fonts 0-3 only for the characters from CHR$(32) to CHR$(127). The "very small" font contains only the digits and a few chars. The sizes of the fonts can be determined with the functions STRINGSIZE and STRINGHEIGHT.
